Hey we have a new blog! Its tedearmond.shutterfly.com.
It is
more convenient for picture storage and it offers some different
features. On this new blog people can comment on our posts if they have a
shutterfly account or if they have facebook. Also, people can become
members and get email notifications every time I update it.You can also
order prints and other things right from the site. We hope you like the
new blog and enjoy the pictures we posted from Brady's birthday. Let me

Happy 4th Birthday Brady!
Brady turned 4 yesterday! I can't believe how fast he is growing up. He wasn't feeling too good so we mostly just relaxed. I told him that he could pick anywhere he wanted to eat for lunch and of course he chose McDonald's. He made sure to tell me not forgot the chocolate milk and toy. He also got some cool presents that he has enjoyed playing with.

New Year's Resolution
I know I have been slacking in the blogging department but don't worry...that is all about to change! It is one of my new year's resolutions to update this blog at least once a week.
So for a recap on things going on in our lives:
- Timothy just went back to school yesterday. He has about a year and a half left. He is really enjoying it because he is finally getting into the good stuff.
- Our car business is still going. We decided to renew for another year and see how it goes. And for anyone worried about our current junker car, we are hoping to get some new ones today :)
- We finished flipping a house a couple of months ago. It was a great experience but it will be even greater once it sells! We have had people look at it but no offers yet.
- I am starting to dive into my real estate career. I have set some big goals for 2013. So if anyone knows someone interested in real estate I would be happy to help.
- Now for the person we all really want to hear about. Brady will be turning 4 on January 15! I can't believe it! Brady is such an awesome kid and I just love being around him. We are currently homeschooling him for preschool. He loves it! He always asks if we can have school and is doing really well. He already has a couple of girlfriends. We have to monitor that closely because one of them asked him to hold her hand at church last Sunday. He was pretty embarrassed :)
This past year he:
Got to see his first Sporting KC game,
Learned to ride a bike a no training wheels,
Went to Disney World,
Started Preschool,
Made his first PB&J sandwich
Had lots of visitors
Was Iron Man for Halloween,
Had to spend a lot of time at the house I was flipping,
Played with a lot of animals,
Went Ice Skating,
Got lots of presents for Christmas,
And was a lumberjack with his Dad.
Just to name a few.
2012 was a fun year and we look forward to many more fun memories in 2013!
